HBS is a strategic business unit in Automation and Control Solutions (ACS). HBS installs and maintains the systems to help keep buildings and facilities safe, secure, comfortable and cost-efficient, and is a leading providing of energy efficiency solutions worldwide. HBS specializes in service of critical building systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, fire, security and energy management. The successful candidate for this HVAC/BAS Technician role will maintain, troubleshoot and repair the temperature control and environmental systems in commercial buildings related to the HVAC systems. This includes the scheduled preventive maintenance of BAS systems, as well as the necessary troubleshooting and repairs to maximize system ‘up time’. These systems include electric, electronic and DDC controls and the related front-ended equipment and software/programming. Also, the installation and upgrading of said systems, as required. Ability to assist, as required, in the testing and inspection of fire and security systems. Our techs work in a mainly unsupervised environment, working closely with the customer at assigned sites to provide strong support to each customer, working to strengthen our relationship with the customer - it's a truly collaborative work environment. Be the face of Honeywell to the customer and interact directly with end-users
Use knowledge of end-to-end delivery of Honeywell solutions to enhance efficiencies
Become a technical expert for complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings

30 Provide Customer Support
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 2 year Technical Degree
- 3 or more years experience working with HVAC and/or BAS systems
- 3 or more years experience working with networked systems (Windows)
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous technical/installation experience with fire alarm and/or securitysystems
- Previous customer service experience is highly desireable
- Good written and oral communication
- Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes
- Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.Nonexempt How Honeywell is Connecting the World
