Summary/Objective The Service Manager will be dedicated to taking care of our customers and will have excellent work ethic with high standards for results. Must be a self-starter with a detail-oriented mindset and expectations for personal high results. This position has the potential for a mid-six-figure salary for the right high achiever. We are looking for a leader and not just a manager! Principal Responsibilities/Duties 1. Responsible for revenue of 3 to 10 million. 2. Work directly with service and install technicians. 3. Debriefing calls with our service technicians. 4. Aligning technician and installer payroll with service calls. 5. KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking. 6. Ability to maintain schedules and paperwork in an organized manner. 7. Must be able to prioritize daily business to increase revenue. 8. Communication with customers, vendors and suppliers. 9. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Dayton Services is open 7 days a week. Monday through Friday hours of operations are 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Saturday and Sunday hours of operations are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Required Experience 5 years previous experience with residential HVAC Management is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
